• Managing the online reputation of the hotels under your responsibility.
• Collaborating with the Sales/Revenue Department in the development of tourism products and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration or a degree related to the position.
• At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Hotel Manager or in a managerial role within hotel operations.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, proactivity and positive attitude.
• Advanced knowledge of Ulyses Cloud hotel management software is an asset.

Main duties:

• Customer service at check-in and check-out.
• Registration and management of information in the computer system.
• Charging and organising consumption and expenses, issuing and collecting invoices.

Requirements

Requirements

• A degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of three years' experience as a General Manager, with other relevant roles also considered.
• Essential languages: Portuguese (professional level) and English (professional level). Other languages will be valued.

Your duties will be:

• Daily analysis of hotel performance for optimisation of pricing and availability strategies as well as identification of opportunities.
• Evaluation of RMS recommendations and forecasts.
• Monitoring of competition and market to anticipate trends and adjust strategy.
• Configuration and control of rate structure in PMS and its mapping between systems.
• Collaboration with reservations, marketing and sales teams to ensure a coherent strategy.
• Participation in the implementation of specific promotions and campaigns.
• Preparation of reports for management.
