One Shot Hotels places its Information Channel at your disposal so that you can request advice on certain situations, as well as, where appropriate, report situations that may be contrary to the Code of Conduct and the rest of One Shot Hotels' internal regulations, in such a way that they may constitute illicit or criminal acts.
Communications shall be processed externally by the entity responsible for the channel. The entity responsible for the channel is the party responsible for receiving and processing complaints. The outsourced management body will be dedicated to the management of the complaints and the organisation of the investigation. A reinforced duty of confidentiality is established with regard to the matters specific to the procedure.

The queries or complaints processed through the Information Channel will deal with possible criminal, civil, commercial, administrative and tax infringements attributable to the legal person.
More specifically, the conduct that may be the subject of a complaint through the Information Channel is as follows:
Firstly, conduct that may be contrary to the principles and rules of conduct set out in the One Shot Hotels Code of Conduct and other internal regulations.
Secondly, conduct classified as a criminal offence in the Criminal Code and which may be susceptible to generating criminal liability for One Shot Hotels. Some of these are:
