Receptionist
Porto
Main duties:
- Customer service at check-in and check-out.
- Registration and management of information in the computer system.
- Charging and organising consumption and expenses, issuing and collecting invoices.
- Answering calls and following up customer requests.
- Management of reservations in the computer system.
- Answering e-mail queries.
- Night audit.
Requirements
- University degree in Hospitality and Tourism.
- Previous experience in hotel reception.
- Friendly, good appearance and high customer orientation.

Corporate Sales Executive
Madrid
Your duties will be:
- Managing, communicating with, and following up on corporate accounts.
- Sourcing, negotiating and contracting new accounts.
- Coordinating and conducting sales visits to the various hotels in the group, as well as to interested companies, agencies and/or potential clients.
- Handling RFPs and setting up corporate rates in the PMS.
- Preparing regular reports for analysis.
- Developing sales strategies.
- Participating in commercial actions, events, and departmental initiatives.
- Joining an expanding project.
