A Journey Inspired by Authenticity: From the very beginning, at One Shot Hotels, we have had a clear purpose: to make every stay a unique experience. What began as a vision focused on hospitality, a sense of belonging, and artistic inspiration has now evolved into a chain of distinctive hotels that celebrates art, culture, and human connection in every project.
An Idea That Made a Difference: Our journey began when Luis Felipe Mendieta (CEO of One Shot Hotels), driven by a desire to offer more than just accommodation and backed by his previous experience, set out to create spaces where comfort, design, and art come together. This concept was not only integrated into the rooms and common areas but became the company’s core philosophy, redefining the urban traveller’s experience. This vision was realised in 2013 with the opening of the first One Shot hotel on Prado Street in Madrid and the launch of One Shot Projects, our art promotion initiative.
Growth with purpose: over the years, we have expanded our vision to other vibrant cities such as Valencia, San Sebastián, Seville, Porto and Barcelona, reaching twelve 3-, 4- and 5-star establishments by 2024. Each new hotel is not just an expansion, but an opportunity to integrate into the essence of each destination, respecting its culture while bringing our own personal style.
Commitment to authenticity and art: from the very beginning, art and design have been at the heart of our identity. We have collaborated with architects, designers and artists to create spaces that are not only striking, but also tell stories and evoke emotions.
Looking to the future: sustainability and human connections. Our story does not stop here. We continue to work on new projects in established cities such as Madrid and Valencia, as well as in new destinations like Lisbon and Bilbao. We keep evolving, committed to responsible practices that respect the environment and initiatives that foster genuine human connections.
